The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the quality and safety standards of the restaurant. Primary responsibilities include:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to instruct staff, interact with customers, and manage phone orders. Requires quick mental arithmetic for monetary transactions, accurate data entry on computer or touch screen, and motor coordination for rapid, precise movements. Ability to interpret written instructions and provide clear guidance.
Exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, and dust. Work may involve handling hot surfaces, sharp tools, and moving mechanical parts. Physical demands include standing most of the time, walking short distances, lifting and carrying loads up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling trays, and occasional climbing.
Deliver products to customers, requiring a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Responsibilities include navigating adverse terrain, carrying orders, and delivering within a designated area. Essential skills include map‑reading and navigation through multi‑story buildings.
