Reporting to the Exec. Director, US Commercial Learning and Development, this role oversees the development of all training curriculum, provides expertise in implementation and sustainment of the program, and mentors a team of therapeutic area training managers.
The salary range for this position is: $210,375.00 – $272,250.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary. This position may also be eligible for discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock‑based long‑term incentives (eligibility may vary), paid time off, and a benefits package including company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans*.
