Overview

Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. A General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, customer relations, staffing, scheduling, marketing, profitability, store cleanliness, and strict adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store operations and staff.
• Control costs and inventory.
• Maintain cash control and excellent customer relations.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and marketing to ensure profitability.
• Ensure a perfect image and excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality standards.
• Transport to and from work and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic mathematics: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Ability to give correct monetary change and process orders on the phone and in person.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate tasks.
• Proficiency in entering orders using a keyboard or touch‑screen.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
• Open availability, strong leadership, and a desire to reach goals.
• Experience in people management.
