Lab Inventory Manager – Apex Systems
Location: Onsite in San Francisco, 5x a week
Pay: $28-30 hourly

Responsibilities
- Track, receive, and organize materials used to support robotics data collection.
- Develop and maintain effective inventory management systems, ensuring accuracy and real‑time visibility of lab stock.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to forecast material needs and manage inventory levels.
- Establish and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor management, purchase order tracking, and reconciliation with finance.
- Monitor critical stock levels and proactively reorder to prevent shortages or delays in project timelines.
- Generate regular reports on inventory metrics, usage trends, and cost efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management software and systems.
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
