Trademark Attorney – 5+ Years of Experience

Our client is a major international firm seeking a trademark associate for its Intellectual Property practice. Locations include New York, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Raleigh, Winston Salem, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Menlo Park. Salary range: $280k to $350k.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of significant brand management experience, including managing large global trademark portfolios and developing global trademark filing and enforcement programs.
• Extensive experience in conducting and managing high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance.
• Experience handling TTAB proceedings is a plus but not required.
• Strong academic credentials.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
