We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Instrumentation & Control Systems Startup and Commissioning Coordinator.
As part of our California team, you'll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our municipal clients' water challenges locally and worldwide. You'll get to work with our world-class Instrumentation and Control Systems team dedicated to protecting the most valuable asset in the world, water.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical and I&C Commissioning Coordinator to support startup and commissioning efforts for a large-scale infrastructure project. This role will serve as the primary point of coordination between the Contractor's Startup and Commissioning team and the onsite Design Team, ensuring smooth execution during Component and Functional testing. Key responsibilities include organizing engineer-led training sessions, facilitating communication and troubleshooting between contractors and the design team during testing, and supporting onsite integration efforts. The coordinator will also assist in managing contractor activities and resources, attend regular startup and commissioning meetings, and provide support in client and construction management interactions by delivering updates and helping resolve technical issues. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and organizational skills, along with a solid background in electrical and I&C systems.
Here's what you'll need
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited university or college
* California PE
* Knowledge of electrical and I&C systems
* Strong wastewater startup experience
* Ability to work multiple levels of stakeholders (client PMs, CM group and plant operations)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to be on the construction site 1 to 2 days per week.
Ideally, you'll also have:
* Water infrastructure Instrumentation & Controls Systems and/or Electrical design experience
* Experience with PLCs and HMI programming software

160,700.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
251,150.00

The base salary range for this position is $160,700.00 to $251,150.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
