Your Role: As an Overnight Retail Merchandiser Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting our retail partners by ensuring that shoppers have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building eye-catching displays and end caps to attract customers.
• Resetting shelves and rotating products to keep inventory fresh and optimized.
• Tracking and managing inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both the store and suppliers.
• Assisting with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members.

What You Bring:

• Enthusiastic customer interaction skills, making you a friendly face in our stores.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience in leading and training team members.
• Smartphone or tablet proficiency to record work accurately after each shift.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented work ethic.
• Capable of working independently while also fostering team collaboration.
• Commitment to safety in all job duties in a retail environment.
