divh2Patient Navigator/h2pOur Patient Navigators partner with our Care Team in helping our patients grow their families! Our Patient Navigators work hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide our patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle with confidence. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management./ppSome day-to-day responsibilities include:/pulliGenerate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans/liliFacilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures/liliDevelop trust and positive rapport with all new patients/liliExplain complex medical process and terms in a digestible manner/liliMonitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment/liliScheduling appointments/li/ulpEducation, Licenses, Certifications:/pulliBachelors degree/liliPassion for Reproductive Healthcare/liliExceptional Communication Skills/li/ulpEmployment Type:/ppThis is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays./ppCompensation:/ppThe starting salary range for this role is $24-28/hr.
