Description:

Responsibilities

  • Business Analyst II will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
  • Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
  • Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
  • Manage product backlog, customer tickets, build dashboards
  • Optimizing and building workflows on Monday.com
  • Work with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results
  • As a Business Analyst II, you will help set up a wiki platform
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks
  • May lead and direct the work of others
  • May report directly to a project lead or manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in Business analysis and making/optimizing workflow
  • Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communicator - understand how to get to root of the issue, communicate solutions effectively
  • Software requirements: Asana, Jira, Monday.com; Software nice to have: Confluence, Wiki experience
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
