As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct regular patrols, assist with access control, and remain visible to support a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.

Document and report any unusual observations or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.

Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining awareness of security-related procedures.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and/or incidents as they arise.

Minimum Requirements

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
