POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all guests. The Housekeeping Attendant is primarily responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all buildings including Clubhouse, Management Office, Range Café and all restrooms.
Pay range: $16.50 - $17.30
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies for assigned area of responsibility.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, polish and/or vacuums floors.
- Pick up all trash and debris in and around the property.
- Wash windows and walls, counters, ceilings, woodwork, door panels and sills (interior/exterior).
- Clean all spider webs around the outdoor fence posts, exterior lights, tops of the exterior signage and light sconces
- Clean all bird droppings off of the tops of the fence posts.
- Empty and sanitize trashcans and ashtrays, replace gravel in the outdoor trash cans and ashtrays
- Responsible for maintaining the restrooms including cleaning the toilets and stalls, sinks and floors.
- Maintain consistent cleanliness of bathrooms. - dry floor, free of paper and trash, counters wiped, and mirrors clean
- Performs daily checks looking for hazards with lighting, handrails, seats, and steps, as applicable to the location
- Report maintenance problems, unsafe conditions or any noticeable damage or needed repairs to management.
- Reports to management any excessive noise, disorderly conduct or misuse of property.
- Maintain appropriate janitorial supplies. Notifies management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Participate as a team member in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.
- Assists in maintaining overall standards of health, safety, and sanitation throughout the facility.
- Assist in other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.

- 6 months experience in a similar role
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
