Position: Security Officer - Bank Lobby Patrol (San Francisco, CA)

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $34.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Tue 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Wed 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Thu 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Fri 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Sat 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, deterring unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential issues and reassure staff and visitors.
• Assist with access control procedures to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security matters as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of law enforcement experience, or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3+ years of security‑related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• CPR and/or first aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Criminal history considered in compliance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
