Together, we actively work on diversity within our organization and the communities we serve.Fred Finch Youth & Family Services partners with individuals and communities to provide culturally responsive services that cultivate mental and physical resilience and wellness.Rising Oaks is a transitional housing program that provides housing and supportive services to 30 transition age youth (ages 18-25) who have aged out of the foster care and/or juvenile probation systems. The program has a multidisciplinary team and offers an array of supportive services to residents, including individual and group therapy, case management, educational and vocational coaching, and peer mentorship.What You Will Do:Under supervision, provides high quality, day-to-day care, and supervision to participants at a residential or housing program to ensure well-being and development of participants while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment in accordance with program regulations and philosophy, Fred Finch (hereinafter FF) policies and procedures, and accreditation standards; and performs related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Licenses and Certifications:Possession of a valid California Driver's License, a satisfactory driving record, and a properly registered and insured vehicle, to be maintained throughout employment.EducationHigh School Diploma or G.E.D.ExperienceOne (1) year of providing support services or working in a residential or housing program with a similar population.Join our team as: Residential CounselorFred Finch Youth & Family Services (FF) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
