Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
* Smile and speak enthusiastically
* Create and Maintain Eye Contact
* Make emotional connections with guests
* Continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly and accurate service
* Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery
* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
* Fulfill orders such as bagging, serving food, and filling drinks
* Maintain a clean work environment including front counter, dinning room, and bathrooms
* Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
* Work on their feet for several hours at a time
* Other duties as assigned
