We are looking for a special kind of B2B commercial lawyer to be an early member of our legal team as an Associate Commercial Counsel/Commercial Counsel. You will be responsible for supporting the company's commercial legal function, and for managing and overseeing both inbound and outbound agreement negotiations and drafting (such as critical customer, reseller, and vendor agreements). Ideally, we are also looking for a lawyer with experience in how Cloud and hardware B2B deals work in a channel sales model and how privacy and data protection issues show up in commercial transactions. This role reports into the Deputy General Counsel, Commercial and is based in our office in San Mateo, CA.

Below is the annual on‑target earnings (OTE) range for full‑time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
$155,000 – $220,000 USD
