The Role

• Ship full‑stack features from database to UI and own entire parts of the product.
• Build AI features that actually work—think LLM pipelines, embeddings, and smart data processing.
• Handle real‑time data from multiple sources, making it fast, reliable, and useful.
• Talk to customers, understand their problems, and build solutions that improve their day.
• Work on whatever needs doing; in a small team you'll touch everything.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in full‑stack software development, emphasizing NodeJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, React, Typescript, and TailwindCSS.
• Strong understanding of ML concepts (LLMs, model training, finetuning, embeddings, etc.).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, cross‑functional team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with or willingness to learn fast about the biotech/pharma space.
