Position: Warehouse Office Clerk

Overview:
We are looking for a Warehouse Office Clerk to support our warehouse operations with administrative tasks, inventory control, and compliance programs. This role is key to keeping warehouse processes efficient and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years administrative or clerical experience
  • High School/GED required (AA or higher preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (training provided for inventory systems)
  • Strong critical thinking, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports
  • Support compliance programs including DOT requirements
  • Schedule deliveries/pickups and track shipments
  • Verify employee work, slotting, and FIFO compliance
  • Address and resolve operational issues at the Branch level
  • Assist AP with invoicing and client payment follow-ups
  • Ensure orders are met and maintain account accuracy
  • Provide general administrative support to management and warehouse staff
Work Environment:
  • Indoor, climate-controlled warehouse office
  • Repetitive movements: bending, walking, reaching, typing
  • Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
