Job Details

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Familiar with relational database concepts and client‑server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others and may report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage product backlog, customer tickets, and build dashboards.
• Optimize and build workflows on Monday.com.
• Work with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results.
• Help set up a wiki platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis and workflow optimization.
• Prefer a newer professional who can take advice and bring ideas to the team; startup experience preferred over big‑tech experience.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communicator who understands how to get to the root of an issue and communicate solutions effectively.
• Project‑management background; knowledge of project‑management basics and end‑to‑end execution.
• Software proficiency: Asana, Jira, Monday.com.
• Nice to have: Confluence, wiki experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Product and tech team focuses on music licensing. Data spans various areas; we need a business analyst to establish processes that flow into Monday.com.

Interaction & Hiring Process

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and perform independent work.
• Video interviews: 2–3 rounds—LPs, STAR format, and demonstration of a process flow or mechanized problem.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00–$45.00/hr.
