Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Coordination: Assist in developing and executing Paragon's content strategy, including drafting and editing marketing materials, webinars, ebooks, and article content.

  • Project & Campaign Management: Support cross‑functional marketing projects such as collateral creation, campaign coordination, and content calendars. Help track timelines and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.

  • Email Marketing: Write, build, and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows. Help manage audience lists and analyze engagement metrics.

  • Digital Presence & Social Media: Manage Paragon's digital presence, especially on LinkedIn, including content copywriting, scheduling, engagement tracking, and community interaction. Provide input on creative ideas to grow reach and visibility.

  • Web Maintenance: Ensure the company website remains up-to-date and technically sound. Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvements in usability and SEO.

  • Design: Create visuals and graphics for social media, events, webinars, digital ads, and booth displays. Assist with presentation design and layout for slides and marketing collateral. Work within brand guidelines to ensure cohesive, polished materials that enhance Paragon's professional image.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs (e.g., campaign performance, engagement, marketing influence, lead conversions). Use data to help identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Conference Operations: Help coordinate logistics for Paragon's conference presence, including managing event registrations, ordering swag, coordinating team dinners, and ensuring a smooth on-site experience. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep all details organized and on track.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • At least 3 years of professional services marketing experience

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Experience creating and managing social media or digital content

  • Basic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)

  • Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Google)

  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn—you're someone who takes initiative and enjoys wearing many hats

  • Ability to manage multiple projects through prioritization

  • Experience and comfort analyzing reports and making data‑driven decisions

  • Comfort working in a remote environment and collaborating across teams

Desirable Skills

  • Experience or interest in the legal, consulting, or professional services industries

  • Social media savvy

  • Strong design eye and familiarity with Canva

  • Prior use of HubSpot and WordPress

  • Experience using marketing AI tools

Position Details

This is a fully remote position.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary for this role is in the range of $60,000–$70,000. This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus. This range is an estimate; an employee's compensation will be based on the employee's qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, and other considerations permitted by law.

Full‑time employees are eligible for Paragon's medical, dental, and vision insurance (with an employer contribution), long‑term disability, life, and AD&D coverage, medical FSA participation, 401(k) participation for eligible employees, Employee Assistance Plan, paid vacation, and paid sick time (where required by state law).
