Pay Rate: $33 - $43 per hour

Job Description

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Forms systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Expected to have a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4‑6 years of experience in the field or related area. Familiar with relational database concepts and client‑server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks; may lead and direct work of others; may report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage product backlog, customer tickets, and build dashboards.
• Optimize and build workflows on Monday.com.
• Work with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results.
• Help set up a wiki platform.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis and workflow optimization.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to get to the root of an issue and communicate solutions effectively.
• Background in project management; understanding of basics of project management from start to finish.
• Software experience: Asana, Jira, Monday.com.
• Nice to have: Confluence, Wiki experience.
