The Integrated Marketing & Communications (IMC) Project Manager plays a vital role in supporting the efficient and strategic delivery of marketing and communications projects across the YMCA of Greater San Francisco. Reporting to and working under the guidance of the Director of MarCom Operations, this role helps ensure that the department delivers excellent customer service, strategic partnership, and measurable marketing outcomes support both to departments and branches across the association.
Serving as the primary project and account manager for marketing and communications requests from departments and branches the IMC Project Manager guides projects from intake through delivery using YGSF's Salesforce Cases ticketing system and other workflow and project management tools. They ensure that each request is clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and efficiently delivered. Acting as the central problem-solver and liaison between staff and the MarCom team, this position ensures every project supports the Y's mission, strategic pillar priorities, meets brand standards and drives measurable impact.
In addition, this role plays a central role in tracking, analyzing, and reporting marketing performance data coordinating with channel and function owners to deliver monthly reporting. By monitoring campaign metrics, organizing reporting workflows, and surfacing actionable insights, the Project Manager helps ensure that the MarCom department's strategies are data-informed, measurable, and aligned with organizational goals.
This role bridges account management, project management, reporting, and operations—ensuring internal partners receive high‑quality support while the MarCom team remains aligned, on schedule, and results‑driven.
This is a hybrid role located in San Francisco , CA with a requirement of four (4) days onsite.
This position requires regular in‑office work (4 days/week) and the ability to work at a computer for extended periods. May occasionally require lifting materials up to 25 lbs for events or campaign support. Some evening or weekend work may be required to support special events or critical deadlines.
Must successfully complete a background screening, including criminal and employment verification. Some positions may also require a credit check.

The Integrated Marketing & Communications Project Manager offers compensation of $68k-90k annual. This rate is based on benchmarking for similar roles and is aligned with grant fund approvals and requirements for the position.
