Job Summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Labor & Employment practice group in our San Francisco office.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on California employment law.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti‑discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, and/or non‑competition and trade‑secret matters.
  • Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, and investigations is a plus.
  • Excellent academic credentials, highly developed organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Must be a member, in good standing, of the California Bar.

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000, with discretionary bonus potential. Salary may vary based on market data, applicant skills, prior experience, degrees, certifications, and other factors.
