Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. The candidate will lead process optimization and solution design across utility operations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Lead process assessments and improvements across utility operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Provide expert guidance on utility-specific business processes, including billing, metering, customer service, and outage management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning business processes with new technologies and system implementations (e.g., CIS, AMI).
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure consistent process adoption.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in utility industry operations, with a focus on process improvement and transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of utility business processes such as billing, metering, customer service, and outage management.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering process optimization within large-scale utility transformation projects.
