Overview

We have an immediate in office opening for an experienced Patent Prosecutor in our Utah, Orange County, San Francisco, or New York office.

Responsibilities

Conduct invention disclosure meetings and prepare new applications in the electrical engineering or computer science areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience in patent prosecution.
• USPTO bar membership is required.
• A strong technical understanding of integrated circuits and related innovations is required.
• Mandarin fluency is preferred but not required.
