We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and integration of hardware systems for autonomous aerial suppression.
You'll work cross-functionally with software engineers and other team members to deliver robust and reliable hardware solutions for firefighters.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3-5+ years of professional experience focused on electrical hardware design and development.
Proficient in schematic capture and multi-layer PCB design using ECAD tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad)
Hands‑on experience with hardware bring‑up, testing, debugging, and validation using lab tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, etc)
Skilled in electrical component selection, evaluation, and BOM management
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Design experience with power electronics, motor control circuits, microcontrollers or microprocessors, and/or sensor integration
Strong interest in or experience with robotics, automation, or complex mechatronic systems
Experience in aviation, aerospace, or UAV industries
Familiarity with regulatory and environmental testing standards
