Account Executive

Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

We're looking for a driven, high-performing Account Executive to join our San Francisco team. In this role, you will manage the full outbound sales cycle—from prospecting to closing enterprise deals ranging from $100K to $250K. You'll work closely with the founders and early team, playing a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 20–25 outbound demos per week with prospective clients.
• Multi‑thread conversations across stakeholders to advance enterprise deal momentum.
• Close high‑value contracts in regulated industries, particularly insurance.
• Partner with leadership to refine sales strategy and messaging.
• Represent FurtherAI professionally and clearly in all client interactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of quota‑carrying B2B SaaS/enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in outbound‑driven environments.
• Strong communication and demo skills, with the ability to articulate product value clearly.
• Experience in early‑stage startups and/or selling into the insurance industry.
• Competitive, resilient, and collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in insurance or insurance consulting (e.g., Oliver Wyman, Manulife, insurtech). Prior competitive sports experience (demonstrates resilience and drive). Experience selling into regulated industries – Insurance.
