Manager Assistant – 20 hours per week at 88 Townsend, San Francisco.

Compensation: $25.00–$30.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑2:00 PM.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including correspondence, scheduling, and meeting preparation.
- Draft and distribute agendas, notices, email blasts, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain vendor records, insurance documents, contacts, calendars, and websites.
- Assist the General Manager with Action List items and updates.
- Maintain and process all Association invoices and coordinate with accounting for proper billing.
- Order and maintain supplies.
Architectural Review
- Act as liaison to the Architectural Review Committee and other committees as directed by the General Manager.
- Interact with homeowners, communicate status, prepare letters, and monitor progress of construction.
- Manage architectural deposits and refunds.
- Coordinate inspections by the Chief Engineer and sound testing with inspector and homeowners as required.
Member Services / Hospitality
- Respond to and address resident concerns and complaints.
- Supervise the issue of access devices, fobs, and transponders.
- Assist new owners with completion of registration forms and review of documents.
- Assist management with training, supervising, and scheduling of front‑desk staff.
- Provide front‑desk coverage during staff absences or as required.
Required Skills / Abilities
- High school diploma or GED; college degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of office experience; HOA or residential property management, hotel, or related industry experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and customer‑service focus.
- Demonstrates confidentiality and diplomacy when handling challenging situations.
- Flexibility and willingness to work occasional overtime.
- Strong writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
