Join The Monday Team as a Showing Assistant in Oakland, CA!
Become an essential part of our vibrant real estate team by assisting with property showings and interacting with clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while working closely with agents to ensure smooth and efficient property tours. If you are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate, we want to hear from you! Located at 4937 Telegraph Ave Ste A, Oakland, this position is perfect for those looking to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
