• This service technician position can earn up to $80.00+ an hour made up of a base hourly wage plus bonuses.

ABOUT THIS TRADE JOB ‭

This full-time position works‭ Weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM‭ with occasional weekends or evening shifts as ‭needed. You'll work throughout the city of San Francisco ‭serving both residential and commercial customers.

Your Typical Day:‭ Ace Plumbing Technicians start the day reviewing the schedule, mapping/planning your routes, ‭ensuring you're equipped for each call, and heading out in‭ a company truck to serve local residential and commercial ‭clients. Throughout the day, you competently handle ‭everything from unclogging drains, installing faucets, and ‭repairing water heaters to diagnosing leaks and finding the sources of unaccounted water usage, all while communicating clearly with customers to keep them in the ‭loop. You also look for opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit your clients. ‭

Some days may require quick problem-solving in emergencies, while others focus on routine maintenance ‭and repairs. Any given week could see either a mix of ‭ small projects and other days or multiple days managing ‭large projects. ‭

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to/from the ACE office ‭
• Ability to consistently commute to San Francisco to perform work duties

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the San Francisco area
• Bilingual in English and Spanish ‭
• Experience using ServiceTitan
