The Healthcare Quality and Affordability (HQA) team drives Blue Shield of Californias enterprise strategy to deliver high-value care by facilitating optimal health outcomes at an affordable cost for our members. HQA oversees Network Contracting, Provider Relations, Medical Care Solutionsincluding utilization management and care managementand the Office of the Chief Medical Officer. The Strategic Planning and Performance, Principal will report to the Vice President of Health Solutions Strategy, Planning & Operations, in service of the Executive Vice President of HQA In this role, you will serve as a high-impact connector between HQA and internal line-of-business (LOB) and Market leaders across Medicare, Medi-Cal, Promise, and Commercial markets.
