About the Role
We're looking for a Mail Clerk to support our client in the Tech Industry.
We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills and mailroom experience to join our on‑site operations team in San Francisco, CA.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of mail, packages, and communications across the facility — keeping everything running efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Do
- Sort, log, and distribute all incoming mail and packages accurately and on time
- Process and prepare outgoing mail and shipments
- Track deliveries and maintain mailroom records using digital tools
- Keep mailroom supplies and equipment in working order
- Set up and prepare conference rooms according to meeting requirements and instructions.
- Support administrative and facilities tasks as needed
- Provide Day Porter support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a mailroom, facilities, or administrative support role
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and mail‑tracking software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
