We are seeking a sharp, driven, and detail-oriented Contract Attorney to join our client's dynamic legal team. You will be working on high-profile infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, and playing a critical role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including construction agreements, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
  • Provide legal guidance on contract interpretation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with project managers, procurement, and leadership to ensure contracts align with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with dispute resolution, claims management, and contract close‑out processes.
  • Maintain organized contract files and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 1+ years of legal experience preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn—a quick thinker who enjoys solving problems.
