Become a Key Player as a Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will turn Adobe Express data into decisions that shape product strategy and user experiences. You'll partner closely with product managers, growth marketers, and leadership to uncover opportunities and guide roadmaps with clear analytical insights. Your work will help democratize content creation for millions of users. Preferred location: San Francisco, CA; also open to Seattle, WA.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Prioritize and lead analytics initiatives; dive into Adobe Express datasets to surface product and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a machine learning strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with product development teams and leadership to inform business strategy and product roadmaps.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments; deliver reports with actionable recommendations that drive enhancements.
  • Champion experimentation and share insights to motivate innovation and foster a strong data culture.
  • Partner with development teams on product instrumentation, user flow analysis, and data capture to ensure robust data foundations.

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • Degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, or engineering).
  • 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in a data science role.
  • Proven ability to explore large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into real-world results.
  • Strong data intuition, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of deriving insights from analyses and communicating them effectively to product and business leaders.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and drives solutions to completion, solving problems thoroughly and proactively.
