Job Description

  • Lead and manage commercial tenant improvement projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate regular progress meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and address concerns.
  • Resolve any project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines or budgets.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong understanding of construction project management principles, particularly in commercial tenant improvement projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure project success.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • A solid grasp of safety and regulatory compliance within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage project documentation and meetings.
