Our client, a leading Big Law Firm, is looking for the following:

• 3–5 of strong M&A experience, including domestic and cross-border buy- and sell-side transactions.
• Fluent in the structural and corporate issues that arise in acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin-offs, carve-outs, LBOs, recapitalizations, and tender offers.
• Communicate clearly, think analytically, and deliver practical solutions.
• Excel in team environments, bring strong leadership skills, and are motivated to take on increasing responsibility.
• Admitted to the California (CA) or New York (NY) state bar or can waive in.
