Automotive Contract / Accounting Clerk - Golden State Nissan

Golden State Nissan is currently looking to hire an EXPERIENCED Automotive Contract Clerk / Accounting Clerk.

Automotive Accounting experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified applicants MUST be VERY DETAIL

ORIENTED, and have the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced work environment. We are offering a highly

Responsibilities:
• Posting deals and calculating commissions
• Maintaining accounting schedules and customer deal documentation
• Processing trades, wholesale transactions, payoffs, and inventory reports
• Handling various administrative and accounting tasks as directed
• Receives and processes new/used contracts from the Finance department and posts retail and lease

finance contracts to appropriate accounting schedules.
• Break down and organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness (signatures,

downpayment, verify VIN, etc.)
• Maintain an organized filing system for all deals and paperwork.
• Process payoff checks for trade-ins and mail them to appropriate financial institutions promptly.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of the deal's incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax.
