Unison Therapy Services — the parent company of SPG Therapy & Education and other leading brands — is looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our Shared Services team.

In this role, you'll support multiple divisions by reviewing timecards, generating invoices, and managing contract documentation that keeps our partnerships with school districts running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

Every day, you'll help our business stay organized and on track by:

• Review weekly employee timecards for accuracy and completeness
• Generate and distribute monthly invoices for our partner school districts
• Track and maintain contracts, agreements, and project codes
• Create and update employee agreements for new hires and returning staff
• Communicate with internal teams to troubleshoot timekeeping or project issues
• Support the Contracts Manager and Supervisor with renewals and special projects

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in an office or administrative role
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Clear, professional communication skills (email, phone, and written)
• Experience with School Based contracts
• Able to work on-site in our Walnut Creek and Concord offices
• AA or Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
