Job Description Job Title: Project Director / Project Executive - Education & Multifamily Construction Location: Bay Area, CA Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Director or Project Executive to provide executive-level oversight and leadership on education and multifamily housing projects. This role requires a strategic thinker and people leader who embodies values of transparency, teamwork, respect, and quality, while driving project excellence and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive oversight on multiple projects, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction Lead and mentor project management teams and field leadership Manage client relationships and support business development efforts Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards Develop and implement project execution strategies Partner with preconstruction and estimating teams to support pursuits and strategic growth initiatives Qualifications: 15 years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on education or multifamily housing Proven success leading multiple large-scale projects simultaneously Strong background in client relationship management and team leadership Excellent business acumen, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
