Job Description
This role can be based in our San Francisco or Mountain View offices. The work location is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days. You will be part of the GTM Horizontals Strategic Finance team, driving financial insights for the Marketing organization, strengthening how we plan, track, and communicate Marketing's financial contribution to LinkedIn's performance, and helping allocate capital across different marketing avenues.
Partner closely with Senior Marketing leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive resource planning and investment decisions, evaluate trade‑offs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across spend and headcount. You will work with Marketing and Finance leadership to facilitate data‑driven decisions by providing accurate performance narratives, analysis, and insights from LinkedIn's marketing and finance data. You will also drive continuous improvement of our operations and change management to sub‑par processes.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $149,000 to $242,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
