About the role:
The role of Manager/Sr. Manager, Customer & Market Insights, Brand Campaign Research will join Salesforce's world-class research, analysis, and listening function that delivers objective, actionable data-driven insights to help Salesforce stay relevant, deliver sharp creative and marketing strategies, and keep our competition on its toes.
This is a short-term (6-months) contract role for a team member on leave which may nor may not extend in duration.
Period: February 2024 - August 2024
The Customer & Market Insights team is a strategic company asset within the Salesforce Marketing organization. This role will support the research needs of our marketing team, mainly aligning to the brand, creative, campaigns and sports marketing leadership teams. You will serve as both a chief evangelist and storyteller within our marketing organization about our sports sponsorships, brand campaigns, and how we improve our campaign and creative performance over time.
