Position Overview

InnoActive Group are leaders in providing project management and technology advisory primarily in public agencies and Fortune 500 entities. InnoActive Group has managed various construction and technology projects ranging in size from small projects to multi-billion-dollar capital programs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Controls Analyst to work in a Hybrid Role to support our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, monitoring, and controlling of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project controls systems, including cost estimating, financial reporting, scheduling, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: develop and maintain detailed project schedules; ensure integration with other project plans; monitor milestones and deadlines to keep projects on schedule.
• Cost Management: track budgets, costs and expenditures; forecast cost trends; prepare regular cost reports including earned value analysis, cost variance, and financial forecasts; identify risks and support mitigation plans.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: gather, analyze and interpret project data; prepare comprehensive performance reports for management; provide recommendations to improve project efficiency.
• Change Control and Documentation: track and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget; document and approve changes per governance processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams; communicate project performance and updates; support presentation preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Experience using Primavera P6 for scheduling and managing large, complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in cost management tools such as Excel, SAP, or similar.
