Call Center Representative I
Location: San Francisco, California – onsite work required.
Base Pay
$21.00/hr – $22.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all tolling and/or administrative customer inquiries using training resources and knowledge management systems.
- Identify customer needs to provide complete and accurate information.
- Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications.
- Submit research requests concisely and accurately.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
- Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws.
- Provide support to other positions/operations during heavy workloads or absences.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
