Server Ivy Park at Cathedral Hill

Ivy Park at Cathedral Hill is a premier senior living community located on an beautifully landscaped campus. We provide exceptional quality, comfort, and care with five?star services and amenities. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about serving residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly, courteous manner.

Shifts: Full?Time / Part?Time
Pay Range: $19.18 $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Accurately and professionally take residents and guests food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS (point?of?sale) computer.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Ensure compliance with proper serving techniques and etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses).
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co?workers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills for interacting effectively with employees, supervisors, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• Willing to comply with COVID?19 vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE requirements as required by Oakmont Management Group.
