is seeking a skilled Associate to join its Labor and Employment team.

Base pay range

$310,000.00/yr - $435,000.00/yr

Ideal Candidate

• Law School Class Years: We are focused on candidates who graduated from law school between 2017 and 2021.
• Experience: Successful applicants will likely have 3+ years of post-J.D. experience practicing within the employment field at a recognized, high-caliber law firm.
• Practice Focus: Strong experience in employer-side litigation is essential.
• Key Litigation Experience: Experience with complex, large-scale litigation is highly desirable. This includes proficiency in managing class and representative actions, particularly those involving wage and hour disputes and discrimination claims.

The Role

This role focuses primarily on sophisticated employer-side litigation. A portion of the practice will also involve providing strategic advice and counsel to clients, as well as handling internal investigations. The work is fast-paced, demanding, and offers significant opportunities for professional growth and client interaction.
