What You'll Do

As a Staff ML Engineer, you'll be a key technical contributor driving the development of GenAI‑powered products. You'll own the full lifecycle of ML systems—from research to production—and help shape the future of intelligent financial tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and deploying RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) pipelines in production.
• Building multi‑agent orchestration systems and integrating vector databases.
• Applying Reinforcement Learning to optimize model behavior.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver high‑impact features.
• Communicating architecture decisions and trade‑offs clearly across teams.

What We're Looking For

Must‑Have Skills:

• Deep experience in GenAI, not just traditional ML.
• Strong expertise in LLM fine‑tuning, especially RLFT (PPO/DPO).
• Hands‑on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Proven ability to build ML products from scratch and take them to production.
• Experience with multi‑agent orchestration.
• Strong communication skills—able to articulate technical decisions and best practices.

Nice‑to‑Haves:

• Experience building customer‑facing copilots or agentic systems.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs.
• Prior work in startup environments or high‑performing tech companies.
• Experience with chatbots, especially external/client‑facing.
