- Coach dynamic group workouts with energy and clarity
- Provide personalized support and corrections
- Demonstrate and scale movements for all levels
- Build member connections and studio culture
- Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (preferred)
- 1+ years of coaching experience (preferred)
- CPR/AED certified (preferred)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability required
