We're seeking a General Construction Worker in the San Francisco Bay Area to support commercial refrigeration installation projects in retail environments.

Impact
- Enable successful project completion through reliable labor and teamwork
- Support installation crews with materials handling and site preparation
- Maintain safe work environment on active construction sites
- Learn commercial refrigeration trade skills with growth potential

Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of commercial refrigeration systems and equipment
- Follow construction plans and instructions from project supervisors
- Prepare job sites including layout, material staging, and cleanup
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks
- Operate hand tools and light power equipment as directed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

Requirements
Must-Haves
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and perform physical labor
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends as needed

Nice-to-Haves
- Previous construction or trades experience
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- OSHA 10 certification
- Forklift or aerial lift certifications
