Description:

FocusKPI is seeking a Receptionist and Admin Specialist to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

Work Location

San Francisco, CA; On-site role (5 days a week)

Duration

6-month contract with potential to extend to another 6-12 months depending on performance

Pay Range

$50-59/hr

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors/clients (Registration/Parking/Escort)
  • Independently plan and execute internal team-building events for the office
  • Physical security (Guard monitor & Alarm testing)
  • Maintain Office Supplies
  • Food/drink orders
  • Handles shipment
  • Support on/off-boarding
  • Answering phone calls as needed

Requirements

  • 7 - 10 years of similar experience in the Bay Area tech industry
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar educational qualification is required
  • It's mostly focused on a receptionist kind of role (attending phone calls, welcoming guests friendly, being positive, familiarity with SFO tech culture)
  • One of the primary admin duties that the team would like to see is the experience with event planning, like initiating the events and executing the internal team building events, such as happy hour,within internal teams at the client's office
  • English fluency required
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent & strong Communication skills
  • Possess a positive and welcoming attitude
  • Must have SFO tech culture experience
  • Being enthusiastic towards new challenges
