Location: San Francisco or New York (Hybrid)

Compensation: $170k–$350k + Competitive Equity.

YOE: 3+ years of experience as a generalist engineer, ideally in both startups and bigger engineering teams

About the role

• Own product features end-to-end: design, prototype, implement, and iterate.
• Ship high-quality code across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Node).
• Rapidly prototype experiments to validate product hypotheses with real users.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to prioritize customer impact.
• Troubleshoot, refactor, and maintain a clean, well‑tested codebase in a fast‑moving environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years building and shipping full‑stack B2B SaaS products.
• Strong production experience with React + TypeScript and Python (or Node).
• Demonstrable ownership: projects you led from concept → deployment.
• Clear, concise communication — able to explain trade‑offs and technical decisions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working autonomously in a 0→1 / early‑stage product context.
• Bonus: open‑source contributions, a public GitHub with meaningful projects, or prior AI/ML systems exposure.
• Be an early engineer at a rapidly scaling Series B startup — huge individual impact.
• Work on a mission that shapes how brands create and optimize content at scale using AI.
• High autonomy, strong engineering craft, and a collaborative, learning‑first culture.
