As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the welding operations within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of welding work, scheduling and directing work activities, and managing a team of welders. Nature of Duties/ Responsibilities: Oversee welding activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations Review and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine welding requirements Supervise and manage a team of welders, providing guidance and feedback as needed Schedule and coordinate welding work based on project timelines and demands Perform quality control checks on welding work to ensure compliance with standards and specifications Monitor inventory of welding consumables and equipment, and order replacements when necessary Maintain accurate records of welding activities, and produce reports as needed Education & Experience ???
